5. Speedometer
The speedometer displays the
vehicle's speed.
The reading will be indicated
in metric units of km/h (kilo-
meters per hour) or MPH
(Miles Per Hour).
You can use the Driver
Information Center to change
your display's readings
between English and metric
units.
See "Vehicle Information
Menu" later in this section for
more information.
6. Fuel Gage
The fuel gage shows how
much fuel is in the fuel tank.
The fuel gage works only when
the ignition switch is on.
When the gage first indicates
empty there is still a little fuel
left, but you should refill the
tank as soon as possible.
If the fuel is low, the
FUEL
LEVEL LOW
(fuel level low)
message will appear on the
Driver Information Center
display.
A chime will also sound if the
fuel is low.

The arrow on the gage
indicates the side of the vehicle
where the fuel door is located.
7. Tachometer
The tachometer displays the
engine speed in thousands of
revolutions per minute (RPM).
