SCAN-LAN VI

• Press SETREF (F4) from the Power screen. The tester will return to the Loss

screen after setting the reference.

To establish a new reference after initially setting the reference, return to the
Power screen by pressing ESC while the Loss screen is shown.

NOTES

It’s important to maintain the connection to the Tx port on both ends
once the reference measurement has been made.

While the Talk and Test Module has been designed to compensate for
changes in ambient temperature, for optimum performance, you should
re-establish the reference if there is a significant change in temperature
since the reference was established.
