IGMP (including query functions) can be enabled for specific VLAN
interfaces at Layer 3 through the
ip igmp command.

When a multicast routing protocol, such as PIM - Dense Mode, is
enabled, IGMP is also enabled.

This command configures the frequency at which to send IGMP group-
specific or IGMPv3 group-source-specific query messages in response to
receiving a group-specific or group-source-specific leave message. Use the
no form to restore the default setting.

seconds - The frequency at which the switch sends group-specific or
group-source-specific queries upon receipt of a leave message.
