NOTE: Manual calibration is not supported for Mariner

5.3.1 Overview of Manual Calibration
Overview
During manual calibration:
•
You specify a calibration reference file (.REF) that
contains reference masses.
•
The software matches peaks by comparing observed
masses in the spectrum to reference masses.
•
The software lists masses that match within the specified
peak matching criteria, and calculates calibration
constants.
•
You can apply the calibration constants to all spectra in a
Mariner or Voyager data file.
•
You can apply individual calibration constants to each
spectrum in a Voyager data file.
