Display the data. In the Amplification Plot tab:
a.
Click the upper-left corner of the plate grid
to select all wells.
b.
Select
Data Ct vs. Well Position
to
display the Ct vs. Well Position plot.

Verify the uniformity of each replicate
population by comparing the groupings of C
T
values.
Note:
Experimental error may cause some wells
to be amplified insufficiently or not at all. These
wells typically produce C
T
values that differ
significantly from the average for the associated
replicate wells. If included in the calculations,
these outlying data (outliers) can result in
erroneous measurements.

If outliers are present, reanalyze the run:
a.
In the plate grid, select the wells that
produced the outlying data.
b.
Select
View Well Inspector
