The UEL tab is used to configure the unit settings that are related to operation of
the Under-excitation Limiting (UEL) function. The values that are entered in
this tab establish break points in a piecewise linear curve that defines the
characteristic curve for this function. See the generator manufacturer data for the
proper setting information.

Under-excitation Limiting Enable – Select this checkbox to enable
over-excitation limiting, which sets the
UEL_En
tag in the configuration
table. Tag
UEL_En
in the configuration table stores this parameter. The
UEL_En
tag in the Output (Scheduled Write) Data table must also be set
to enable this function.
