Reassembly

Reassemble the expiratory assembly wearing gloves: place a new membrane in the valve body.

CAUTION: 

 It is necessary to perform an automatic test after each assembly of the expiratory

valve and the flow sensor.

CAUTION: 

 Incorrect reassembly of the expiratory assembly (wrong positioning of the mem-

brane in the valve body, removal or addition of an additional silicon disc, etc.) can lead to de-

graded performance of the device (risk of leaks, incorrect pressurization, failure to respect

the volume – hypoventilation).
