Repairing the Fluorescence Detector

1100 Series FD Reference Manual

153

Carefully remove the rear foam.

Using the 4 mm hexagonal key, unscrew the five screws,
remove the cover and place it on the bench without
turning it around.

Note:

DO NOT unscrew the grounding screw (marked with
X)

Using a 2.5 mm hexagonal key, loosen the screw and
remove the condenser. There is a mechanical stop for the
condenser.
