Troubleshooting and Test Functions

Wavelength Calibration

From the user interface start the FLD Wavelength Calibration (see 

Figure 41

).

If a deviation is displayed, press Adjust and OK. The history table will be 
updated.

If the wavelength calibration process fails, refer to 

“Wavelength Calibration Failed"

on 

page 97.

N O T E

To look at the history table (ChemStation) start a wavelength calibration and abort 
immediately. No changes are made to the calibration at this time.

N O T E

Rinse the flow cell with pure water at a minimum of 1.5 ml/min to get rid of the Glycogen 
from the cell and the capillaries. When organic solvent is sequentially applied (without 
rinsing), a blockage of capillaries may occur.
