Installation and operating instructions Wilo-Stratos GIGA2.0-I, Wilo-Stratos GIGA2.0-D
241
The volume flow is determined with the help of the connected differential pressure
sensor.
The accuracy of the volume flow specification with pure water is approx. +/- 5 % of the
duty point.
If a water-glycol mixture is used, the accuracy is in the range of +/-10 % ... 50 % de-
pending on the mixing ratio.
Temperature
External sensors such as PT1000 must always be connected for temperature measure-
ment.
Accuracy information is not available here as it depends on the following factors:
ƒ
how and where temperature sensors are installed on the piping;
ƒ
which accuracy class of the sensor was selected;
ƒ
length of the sensor cable.
The accuracy within the Stratos GIGA2.0 is up to +/- 2 K depending on the temperature
value.
Heating/cooling quantity measurement
The information on the heating and cooling quantity is derived from the recorded tem-
peratures in the feed and return and from the volume flow. The accuracy of the heating
and cooling quantity is subject to the accuracy of the above-described volume flow and
temperature measurement. It is approx. +/- 10 % for pure water. It deviates signific-
antly from this for water-glycol mixtures, depending on the mixing ratio.

Maintenance
In the “Diagnostics and measured values” menu
, select
1.
“Maintenance”.
Functions are displayed here, some of which are also listed in other settings menus. For
maintenance purposes, the functions are grouped again in a menu.
ƒ
Pump kick (see also section “Device settings” [
235])
ƒ
Basic functions (settings for control mode or manual operation, see also section
“Settings menu – Manual operation” [
ƒ
MANUAL settings (see also section “Settings menu – Manual operation” [
208])
ƒ
Ramp times
–
The ramp times define the maximum speed at which the pump may start up and
shut down when the setpoint is changed.

Configuration storage/data stor-
age
The electronic module is equipped with a non-fading memory for saving the configura-
tion. All settings and data are retained no matter how long the module is disconnected
from the power supply.
A replaceable battery in the pump ensures this. If the battery voltage is too low, the
battery must be replaced. A warning appears on the pump display.
If the voltage is present again, the pump runs using the default settings that were avail-
able before interruption.
NOTICE
The recorded operating data are stored in the data memory in a non-fading manner
every 30 minutes. If the pump is switched off via the mains voltage before the
30 minutes have elapsed, the data recorded since the start of the most recent 30-
minute time period are not stored. The data are then lost. It is therefore recommen-
ded to only switch off the pump via the DI input with EXT. OFF.
