Field Description
Comm Delay
The communication delay time is the length of time
that the system will wait before assuming that a
receiver is off-line. This provides the delay time
needed if the receiver is connected via a modem or
similar device. Range 0 – 990. 0 = 0 msec; 1 = 10
msec; 99 = 990 msec. ##### indicates a Fixed
Camera and this option is unavailable.
Camera Title
Enabled
Selecting Enabled or Disabled will enable or disable
camera titling.
Camera Title
Enter camera titles in this field to identify the camera
number and/or add a description of the area viewed by
the Camera. To see the full title, click on the grid and
drag to resize. Maximum length is 40 Characters. Line
1 = 1st 20 Characters, Line 2 = 2nd 20 Characters.
Symbols ^ * ( ) - + [ ] ; : , . / ? < > are supported.
Dial up #
The camera/receiver can be given a user defined
keypad dial up number that is different than the
camera’s physical input number. This allows camera
numbering to be customized to suit the installation.
Use this field to type the dial up number for the
currently selected input number. Max is 999.
Alarm Title
Enter alarm titles in this field to identify the alarm
number and/or a description of the area viewed by the
camera that is in an alarm condition. To see the full
title, click on the grid and drag to resize. Maximum
length is 40 Characters. Line 1 = 1st 20 Characters,
Line 2 = 2nd 20 Characters. Symbols ^ * ( ) - + [ ] ; : , .
/ ? < > are supported.
Time/Date
Selecting Enabled or Disabled will enable or disable
time and date display for the selected camera.
All selections are made using the Options Wizard. To change a field’s value,
proceed as follows:
1. Select the field that you wish to modify using the Available Field
selection box. You can scroll through all available options.
2. Upon selection, the title below Available Field will change to the
parameter selected and the appropriate values will display in the
selection box.
3. Select All for all cameras, Selected Only for a camera that is
highlighted in the list or From to specify a range of cameras.
