Precaution when copying consecutive
phrases
Let's assume that we are copying four consecutive phrases,
A050 - A053 (wherein A052 is an unused empty phrase), as
per the diagram below.
In this case, we require three consecutive empty phrases at
the copy destination. In the copy destination phrase number
selection screen, we can only select phrase numbers which
satisfy this requirement.
Precaution when copying pattern &
song phrases
Please note that only the combination data is copied for
pattern phrases and song phrases, and that the actual
phrases which comprise them are not copied.
Copying pattern & song phrases onto the same
memory card
The constituent actual phrases are recorded on the same
memory card so the phrases can be played back correctly.
Copying pattern & song phrases onto a different
memory card
If memory card A is inserted into card slot A, the phrases can
be played back correctly.
If memory card A is not inserted in card slot A or if memory
card B is inserted in card slot A, then the phrase cannot be
played back correctly because the actual phrases being
referenced are missing.
