6. When the confirmation screen is displayed,
select 'DELETE' then press the ENTER button.
To cancel the delete operation, turn the SELECT dial to
'CANCEL' then press the ENTER button.
7. When 'TASK COMPLETE' is displayed, press the
MODE button to return to the default screen.
Copying phrases
This operation allows you to copy an existing phrase as a
separate phrase. You can also copy consecutive phrases all at
once.
1. Press the MODE button.
The MODE indicator light comes on.
2. Turn the SELECT dial to '3.2 PHRASE COPY'
then press the SELECT dial.
3. Turn the SELECT dial to select the memory card
containing the phrase you wish to copy.
Once you have designated the memory card, press the
SELECT dial.
4. Turn the SELECT dial to choose the phrase
number of the leading phrase you wish to copy.
Once you have designated the phrase number, press the
SELECT dial.
5. Select the phrase number of the last phrase you
wish to copy using the same procedure
described in steps 3 & 4 above.
Once you have designated the phrase number, press the
SELECT dial.
When copying only a single phrase, select the same
number for both the leading and last phrases.
6. Turn the SELECT dial to choose the memory card
onto which the phrase will be copied.
Once you have designated the memory card, press the
SELECT dial.
7. Turn the SELECT dial to choose the phrase
number at the copy destination.
Once you have designated the phrase number, press the
SELECT dial.
8. When the confirmation screen is displayed,
select 'COPY' then press the ENTER button.
To cancel the copy operation, turn the SELECT dial to
'CANCEL' then press the ENTER button.
9. When 'TASK COMPLETE' is displayed, press the
MODE button to return to the default screen.
