5. Turn the SELECT dial to choose the phrase you
want to register then press the SELECT dial.
6. Repeat steps 3 - 5 above to register additional
phrases.
7. Once you have finished registering all of the
phrases, select 'END' as shown in the screen for
step 3 above then press the SELECT dial.
8. The confirmation screen is displayed. Press the
ENTER button to execute the operation.
To cancel the operation, turn the SELECT dial to
'CANCEL' then press the ENTER button.
Once the setting is complete, the display returns to the
settings selection screen.
9. Press the MODE button.
The setting is completed and the display returns to the
default screen.
You can go back one cursor position by pressing the STOP
button in mid-setting.
Pressing the MODE button mid-setting displays a confirmation
screen asking you whether or not to cancel the setting. Please
note that selecting 'YES' and pressing the ENTER button
returns you to the default screen and cancels all settings made
up to that point.

Configuring MIDI receive channels
This section describes how to configure MIDI receive channels
when using MIDI control. The MIDI protocol enables different
data to be sent to multiple MIDI devices using a single MIDI
cable. For example, when the MIDI channel on the
transmitting side is set to '1', the MIDI channel on the receiving
side (i.e. the UDMR) also has to be set to '1' in order for the
MIDI message to be transmitted.

Setting MIDI receive channels
1. Press the MODE button.
The MODE indicator light comes on.
2. Turn the SELECT dial to '6.4 MIDI CHANNEL'
then press the SELECT dial.
3. Use the SELECT dial to choose the MIDI channel
(OFF/1 - 16CH/ ALL) then press the SELECT dial.
