Selecting the TC error level
(using UDMR as slave)
This section describes how to configure the interval (0 - 10) for
checking for received MTC/LTC signals. When synchronizing
the UDMR as a slave, the unit constantly checks whether
MTC/LTC signals are being sent correctly and continuously. If
MTC/LTC signals are not sent continuously, the UDMR
determines that a problem has occurred with the master
device and terminates the sync operation.
The TC error level the criterion for this determination. The
larger the TC error level value, the greater the tolerance for
error. Selecting a high value therefore enables slave playback
even when there are some problems with the receipt of
MTC/LTC signals.
1. Press the MODE button.
The MODE indicator light comes on.
2. Turn the SELECT dial to '7.4 TC ERROR LEVEL'
then press the SELECT dial.
3. Using the SELECT dial, set the desired TC error
level (0 -10) then press the SELECT dial.

ENTER button to execute the operation.
To cancel the operation, turn the SELECT dial to
'CANCEL' then press the ENTER button.
Once the setting is complete, the display returns to the
settings selection screen.
