6.1.2.2 Transit and Receive Data Format
The TH7100 series programmable AC power supply uses a full-duplex asynchronous communication
transmission method with start and stop bits. The data transmission format of RS-232 is: 8-bit data bit, 1 bit
stop bit, there is no parity bit and the end character is <LF> (newline NL, ASCII code is 10).
6.1.2.3 Select Baud Rate
The baud rate is the rate at which the TH7110 communicates with the computer. There are a total of 8 sets of
baud rates to choose from, namely 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200, 38400, 57600, 96000, 115200. The default baud
rate of the TH7100 series instrument is 9600.
6.2 USB Virtual Serial Port
6.2.1 Description
With the rapid development of PC technology, the RS232 interface is no longer the standard configuration of
the PC, and the USB interface is gradually being used more and more widely. The USB interface of the TH7100
series programmable AC power supply caters to this trend, providing users with great convenience and speed,
and also has great flexibility for users to use. By installing the USB driver provided by our company, it is
convenient to turn the USB virtual serial port into the RS232 interface that users are familiar with. When
operating the USB interface, it is as simple and convenient as operating the RS232 serial port. All RS232
interface settings are suitable for the USB virtual serial interface. Figure 6-4 shows the USB interface.

6.2.2 Driver Installation
Users are able to download the TH7100 series USB driver from Tonghui official website www.tonghui.com.cn . If
the computer is 32-bit, please use CP210xVCPInstaller_x86.exe to install the USB driver; If it is 64-bit, use
