Command description: This command is used to set the peak current high limit value of the current step in

the programmable mode, and <value> indicates the peak current high limit value.
When the voltage mode is "AUTO" and the voltage is less than 150V, the range is
0.0~33.6A; when the voltage mode is "AUTO" and the voltage is greater than 150V
or the voltage mode is "HIGH", the range is 0.0~16.8A. When this parameter is set
to 0.0, this function is turned off. The command is invalid when the output is
turned on.
