6-22. T Reel Motor Assembly Replacement

6. Open the back side of the chassis.

(1) Remove the bottom plate.

(Refer to section 1-5.)

(2) Open the DPR-62 and SST-3 boards.

(Refer to section 8-2.)

(3) Remove the rubber ring attached to the boss

in the center of the chassis.

(4) Remove the driving belt left in step 4).

7. T reel motor assy installation

(1) Clean the following portion with cleaning

cloth moistened with cleaning liquid.

• T reel motor pulley

• Portion where the brake arm touches the

belt

(2) Install the T reel motor assy from the top of

the chassis with two screws.

8. Driving belt installation

(1) Cleaning the following portion with cleaning

cloth moistened with cleaning liquid.

• Driving belt

• Relay pulley

(2) Set the white marker of the driving belt to the

outside and put the driving belt to the motor

pulley.

(3) Rotate the relay pulley slowly while holding

so that the driving belt does not come off

from the motor pulley and put the driving belt

on the relay pulley.

(4) Rotate the relay pulley manually by two or

three turns while releasing the reel brake with

fingers and confirm that the driving belt is

almost put in the center of the motor pulley

and relay pulley.
