6-18. Threading Motor Replacement

3. Gear block assembly removal

(1) Disconnect the connector CN946 (threading

motor) on the MB-601 board.

(2) Remove the spring attached at the top of the

gear block assembly.

(The other hook of the spring remains to the

pinch lever.)

(3) Remove the three screws and the gear block

assembly.
