1. Connector disconnection

Disconnect the connectors below from the MG-

601 board.

• CN944: Tape top sensor of manual eject assy

• CN946: Gear block assy motor

• CN943: T reel motor

• CN953: Pinch plunger

• CN947: TC head

• CN949: TC/CUE head erase head

• CN942: T brake plunger

2. Manual eject assy removal

(1) Remove one screw and lift the manual eject

assy.

(2) Disconnect connector CN1 connected to the

DET-15 board of the manual eject assy.
