Menu system

The SIPROCESS UV600 has a modular design. In addition to the power supply and the

motherboard, the hardware consists of the following modules:

●

Control unit (BCU)

●

Analyzer module (UV module)

●

Input/output module (I/O module)

This design is also reflected in the menu structure. A distinction is made in the menu system

between functions of the BCU and functions of the UV module. In addition, there are menu

branches for general adaptation of operating functions (e.g. language, display, restart ...).
The functions of the input/output module are an exception and are present in the BCU menu

branch.
Since many functions are freely-selectable, the contents of a menu branch depend on the

implemented functions of the respective module.
The first menu (main menu) is the starting point in operator control mode. It is called by

pressing the right function key (menu) (see Control panel (Page 54),
