Last measures prior to startup

Check all connections

Following a successful leak test, check all gas inlet and outlet lines and electrical

connections for correct seating.

Read the operating instructions

Before switching on the analyzer, make yourself acquainted with the basic operation of the

analyzer (see Section Operation (Page 53))

5.3

Startup

Switch on the power supply. The "POWER" LED will light up.
Wait until the measured-value display appears.

Up to the end of the warming-up phase, the LED "MAINTEN. REQUEST" is also lit.
The startup phase takes between 45 minutes and 2 hours depending on the ambient

temperature. The full measuring accuracy is not achieved during this time, and calibration is

not meaningful.
The display illumination may switch off automatically during this time. To reactivate it, press

the right and left blue function keys simultaneously.

If the LED "MAINTEN. REQUEST" goes out after the startup phase, the basic setting of the

device can be carried out. To do this you must be acquainted with operation as described in

section Operation (Page 53).
