Testing the input and output functions
You can use the functions of the menu branch "I/O test" to manually control the signal
outputs or to display the current status of signal inputs. In this manner the function of the
signal connections and the interaction with connected devices can be tested.
The test functions for outputs have an effect on the selected signal output. The other signal
connections remain in the normal operating state.
NOTICE
Risk for connected systems
As soon as the test function of a signal output is selected, the normal operating function of
this signal output is deactivated. The signal output is then switched to the electronic state
which is selected in the test function. The status 'C' (Check) is set for as long as the test
function is running.
▸ Make sure that the test situation does not cause any problems with connected positions
