Other settings
You can manually set the following parameters:
Reduction of overshoot (P87)
P87 is used to generate a factor internally which ensures that deceleration is initiated ahead of
time when lowering based on the pendulum length. The overshoot is reduced, as aperiodic
sway neutralization already takes place before the target position is reached. This makes it
possible to keep the values for damping factors low (default). The parameter is operative in the
POS, SNL, SND and SAM modes, and prevents overshoot of the target position during sway
controlled stopping. If values are > 0, the overshoot is reduced. If P87 = 0, it has no effect.
Positioning range
The permissible positioning range can be set with the parameters "Minimum position" (P23,
P63) and "Maximum position" (P28, P69). Positioning outside this range is not possible.
If the trolley enters the range between prelimit switch and limit switch, it is braked at least with
the ramp with which it would brake without sway control (P7).
Positioning accuracy (P162, P165)
The set positioning accuracy should be as small as necessary and only affects the
"POS_COMPLETED" message. Positioning will continue while the operating mode remains
active and the TRAVEL control bit remains set.
