ALARM CODES
The control system is equipped with numerous support func-
tions to trace faults, protecting the unit from the risks that may
cause a unit fault.
Connect Touch
allows the quick monitoring of the operating
conditions of all units. If an operation error is detected an
alarm is activated.
Note that some alarms are used only to warn against poten-
tially dangerous situations and, when activated, can have no
effects on the unit; however, failure to respect these warnings
can have a negative impact on the system operation or the unit
itself.
Perform all corrective actions as indicated. For instance, in case
of alarm beginning with 130-xx., contact

vice Support immediately to proceed with the required support
procedures.
7.1
Control diagnostics
The unit status can be quickly displayed through the user in-
terface. The flashing bell icon indicates an alarm with unit still
running. The highlighted bell icon indicates that the unit has
been turned off due to a detected error.
7.1.1
Alarm menu
All current active alarms are available in the Current Alarms
menu. Beside the alarm description, the control provides also
information such as triggering date and time of the alarm. The
control can show up to ten (10) current alarms.

To access the alarm menu:
− Press the Alarm button on the display top right-hand
side.

To view the list of current alarms:
− Select Current Alarms

In case of blackout, the unit will automatically restart
without requiring an external command. Nevertheless,
any faults active during power supply interruption will be
saved, and in some cases they can prevent circuit or unit
from restarting.
ALARM RESET
Alarms can be reset without turning off the machine. The
alarm can be automatically or manually reset through the user
interface or the web interface (Alarm Reset menu).
Note that the Alarm Reset menu shows up to five alarm codes
active at that moment on the unit.
To manually reset the alarms:
− Select Alarm Reset
.
− Set Alarm Reset to "Yes" and press the Forced Setting
button
.
ALARM HISTORY
The information on the reset alarms is saved in the Alarm His-
tory menu.
To access the alarm history:
− Select Alarm History
.
7.1.2
E-mail notifications
The control provides the option to set one or two recipients
who will receive notifications by e-mail each time a new alarm
occurs or all existing alarms have been reset.
