INSTALLATION
The water supply of each desuperheater is provided in parallel.
The hydraulic connection at water inlet and outlet of the des-
uperheater must not generate mechanical stresses on the ex-
changers; if necessary, install flexible connections.
Fit the balancing and control valves of the water flow rate on
the exchanger outlet.
The flow rate balancing and control can be performed by read-
ing the pressure drop of the exchangers.
The pressure drop on each one of them must be identical to
the total water flow rate indicated by the selection programme.
It is possible to precisely adjust the settings of the water flow
rate for each desuperheater when the unit works at full load
trying to obtain absolutely identical leaving water tempera-
tures for each circuit.
Refer to the tables below to adjust the balancing valves before
starting the system.

Water inlet/outlet difference on desuperheater: 10 K
Evaporator fluid: chilled water
Fouling level coefficient: 0.18 x 10-4 sq.m K/W
