weighing T+A procedure – tare and weighing A values is mass.
You can print weighed sample data, to do it press a printer pictogram located in the top bar. In order
to preview data on weighing A, press <Weighing A> field:
If a given series already contains samples for which weighing A (initial mass) has been carried out
you can proceed to carrying out weighing B (final mass).
Weighing B
•
On pressing Weighing B button, the balance searches samples list in order to find the first
sample for which weighing <B> is still to be carried out. If there are no such samples the
balance displays a message informing you that the operation is disabled.

If the operation is enabled then new data on initiated process is displayed in the grey
workspace.
Caution:
Next to <Weighing B> caption you can see digits 1/3 where <1> means the first measuring cycle of
type B, and <3> means that <REPETITIONS QUANTITY> parameter is set to <3> parameter (3
cycles).
The software prompts you to carry out the <FIRST> cycle, out of <3> cycles, for all samples in the
series for which the measurement is enabled (it is required that weighing A is already completed for
the sample).

You are guided through the process by means of prompts visible either in the workspace or
bottom bar.

If tare is assigned to a sample, then its value is displayed with ‘-‘ sign. Load the weighing pan
with a sample (if tare is assigned load the sample in a container) and press < > button. For
<Ambient condition> parameter set to <VALUE> parameter a window for entering temperature
and humidity values is displayed. For <Ambient condition> parameter set to <ONLINE>
parameter a window for confirmation of values taken from ambient conditions module is
displayed.
Caution:
If <Ambient conditions> parameter for the differential weighing mode is set to <No> parameter the
software skips this part of the process.

Press < > button to confirm ambient conditions values, differential weighing home screen is
displayed, you are prompted to unload the weighing pan.

Unload the weighing pan and press < > button. The balance searches samples list again in
order to find the next sample in the series. Follow the above procedure and weigh the next
sample.

In order to abort the process press < > button.
On completing measurements of final mass for the samples in a series, you can check the results in
the series database.
To check the results, enter the database, select a series, then select samples and a specific sample
for which <Weighing B> has been carried out.
