19.1. COMPARISON OF A SAMPLE AND A REFERENCE MASS
Comparison methods:
•
Entering mass of a standard, to do it use < Set reference mass> button.
•
Accepting current mass loaded on the weighing pan as a reference mass, to do it use <
Set as 100%> button.
•
Selecting a product from products database (mind that the selected product mass has to be
specified), to do it use < Products> button.
PROCEDURE 1 – manual declaring of reference mass
1. Press < Set reference mass> button.
2. Window for entering reference mass value opens, enter the value and press < > button for
confirmation.
3. Mass of all weighed products is compared to reference mass, the weight difference is displayed
in [%].
PROCEDURE 2 – accepting current load mass as reference mass (standard)
1. Put the sample on a weighing pan.
2. On measurement result stabilization, press < Set as 100%> button.
3. 100.000% indication is displayed, loaded part weight is accepted as a reference mass, it is
automatically recorded and displayed in reference mass field.
4. Remove the sample form the weighing pan.
5. All samples weighed afterwards are compared with the reference mass, and the display
indicates the difference, expressed in [%], for each weighed sample in relation to the reference
mass.
PROCEDURE 3 – selecting a product from Products Database
1. Press < Products> button, using displayed product list select the product that is to be
weighed.
2. ,,Info” field automatically displays new information on reference mass and product.
3. Reference mass relating to the product is recorded automatically and displayed in reference
mass field, to modify the value press < > button.
4. 0.00 % indication is displayed (for unloaded pan).
