1. Press < Formulation> button.
2. List of formulations is displayed, select the formulation that is to be carried out.
3. Press < Formulation with target mass> button.
4. Window with an on-screen keyboard for entering target mass of a mixture is displayed.
5. Enter the target mass value and press < > button to confirm, the software proceeds to
formulation making process. The following parameters are displayed: selected formulation
name, the first ingredient name, ingredient number, mass to be weighed and target mass.
Mass of each ingredient is automatically recalculated (proportionally) to the value of defined
target mass of the complete formulation.
6. Load the weighing pan with a container for a weighed product, wait for a stable measurement
indication and carry out taring operation.
7. Pour as much product/ingredient in the container as required.
8. Press < > button to confirm, the software automatically adds the mass to the sum of
weighed formulation ingredients, the next ingredient weighing begins.
9. With all formulation ingredients weighed a report on completed process is printed and saved to
reports database (report template is editable, to edit a report template go to <Printouts>
parameter), message “Completed” is visible in the bottom bar. To proceed press < >
button.
In order to print report on completed formulation making processes enter Formulation Reports
Database.
22.5. PRINTOUTS
Printouts option has been designed to enable you to determine content of particular standard
printouts and to define non-standard printout.
Standard Printout
Standard printout comprises four internal blocks, each
featuring different variables. Each variable can be attributed
with parameter YES – i.e. printed, or NO – i.e. not printed.
Settings for header printout, weighing printout, and footer
printout are specified in section 14.5; settings for formulation
report are presented below.
You can design content of a report.
CAUTION!
In order to specify which measurement data is to be printed on a report it is necessary to modify settings for
<Weighing printout template> parameter. To enable particular measurement data printout set <YES>
parameter for it. Upon completion of any formulation making process a report is generated. The report is saved
to the < Formulation Reports> database. The files are named by date and time (hour) of formulation
making process.
