CAUTION!
The checkweighing and dosing functions can operate simultaneously in the parts counting mode. In such case
the dosing tolerance is controlled by Lo and Hi thresholds of the checkweighing function.
17. CHECKWEIGHING
< Checkweighing> is a working mode using two thresholds (Min and Max) for control of
samples weight. Usually the weight is considered to be correct if it is comprised within threshold
values.
Checkweighing mode screen:
1. Setup – press to access balance menu
2. Print header – press to print data
declared in the header
3. Print footer – press to print data
declared in the footer
4. Products Database – press to select
products from a corresponding database
5. Set Tare – press to enter tare
6. Checkweighing thresholds – press to
declare low and high threshold values.
17.1. MAKING USE OF CHECKWEIGHING THRESHOLDS
In order to use checkweighing thresholds:

Press < Products> button and select product with Min and Max threshold declared.
•
Enter numerical value for the thresholds using < > button, in this case thresholds do not
refer to any product.
PROCEDURE 1 – selecting product from Products Database
1. Press < Products> button.
2. Using product list, select the product that is to be weighed.
3. Threshold values are displayed automatically within an INFO area.
4. Bar graph is displayed, its colour corresponds to the current status of weight.

Yellow: weight value below Min threshold value

Green: weight value within set threshold values

Red: weight value above Max threshold value
