6.7.2.1 [821 CAL COUNTER] – Calibrn. counter
Scale zero or span setting counter. This increments by 1 each calibration.
6.7.2.2 [822 CONFIG COUNT] – Config. counter
Scale configuration counter. This increments by 1 each time the scale is configured. (Metrological data
is changed.
6.7.2.3 [823 NEXT VERIFIC] – Next verification
Date when the next scale verification is due.
6.8 [9--] – DIAGNOSTIC PARAMETERS
Parameters for diagnostic and testing use. These can be useful for finding problems with the scale or
testing functionality.
6.8.1 [91_] – Hardware test
6.8.1.1 [911 KEY] – Test keypad
In this parameter the function of the keys will be shown on the display as you press the related key.
You can verify if all the keys are functioning. Press the
<ESC>
key to exit.
6.8.1.2 [912 RS232-1] – Test RS232-1
The characters in the alphabet will be sequentially transmitted one at a time from the RS-232C serial
interface port with each press of the
<ZERO>
key. Received numerical data is seen on the display.
6.8.1.3 [913 RS232-2] – Test RS232-2
The characters in the alphabet will be sequentially transmitted one at a time from the RS-232C serial
interface port with each press of the
<ZERO>
key. Received numerical data is seen on the display.
6.8.1.4 [914 RS485] – Test RS485
The characters in the alphabet will be sequentially transmitted one at a time from the RS-485 serial
interface port with each press of the
<ZERO>
key. Received numerical data is seen on the display.
6.8.1.5 [915 USB] – Test USB
The characters in the alphabet will be sequentially transmitted one at a time from the USB serial
interface port with each press of the
<ZERO>
key. Received numerical data is seen on the display.
6.8.1.6 [916 IN/OUT] – Test digital I/O
Press the
<ENTER>
key to start. The display shows
[I/O TEST:01]
. Use the
<UP>, <DOWN>
keys to
select the output to test. Use the
<CHANGE>
key to change the state. The input and output states are
shown in small numbers at the bottom of the display.
6.8.1.7 [917 DISPLAY] – Test display
Press the
<ENTER>
key to start. This will test all segments of the display.
6.8.1.8 [918 LC SIGNAL mV] – Test LC signal
Press the
<ENTER>
key to start. The display shows the output voltage of the load cell (input to the
indicator). This is an uncalibrated value and is only for test / service purposes.
6.8.1.9 [919 PRINTER] – Test Printer
Press the
<ENTER>
key to start. A test print is sent to the printer to verify correct operation.
6.8.1.10 [91A ID DEVICE] – Test ID device
Press the
<ENTER>
key to start. The display shows the input from an ID device (bar code reader, card
reader, RFID tag).
