5.3.6.3 Piece Count Totalling
Totalling can be performed during piece counting. The PT620 and PT630 have two memories for totals,
which are weighing totals and counting totals. Each total can only be accessed in the related operation.
e.g. totalling of weight can only be done or displayed in basic weighing.
5.3.6.4 Displaying the Total
Pressing the
<MRC>
key displays the total, I.e
[C 8 MR: 4.206 KG]
means a count of 8 weigings have
been totalled for a total weight 4.206 KG. Press the
<ESC>
key to go back to weighing.
5.3.6.5 Grand Total
Displaying the Grand Total
1. Press the
<MRC>
key for more than 2 seconds to display the grand total, I.e
[GT: 1244.2 KG]
2. Press the
<ENTER>
key for printout of the Grand Total.
3. Press the
<ESC>
key to go back to normal weighing or wait for 15 seconds.
Deleting the Grand Totalling
1. Press the
<MRC>
key for more than 2 seconds to display the grand total.
2. Press the
<MRC>
key a second time when the total is displaying.
3. A
[ Delete ? ]
prompt is seen.
4. Enter the key password if programmed. Refer to parameter** 325
5. Press the
<ENTER>
key to delete total and item weights, or press the
<ESC>
key to exit
without deleting the total.
5.3.7 Preset Tare Memory
Applies to PT620 and PT630.
If you have specified containers which are used frequently and if you prefer to enter their weight value
for taring instead of taring the container each time, you may record their weights into the Preset tare
memory. Up to 500 specific tare values can be recorded.
Entering the container tare weight into the preset tare memory
1. Press the
<MEM>
key for more than 2 seconds during basic weighing. The
[ MEMORY ]
message will show on the display.
2. Press the
<PT>
key to enter memory settings. The last entered preset tare code is seen as,
e.g.
[ PT : 111 ]
.
3. Use the numerical keys to enter the tare code you want to use to store this new PT value, or
press the
<UP>
or
<DOWN>
keys to navigate through memory locations. Press the
<ENTER>
key to access the PT value stored at the location seen on the display.
4. The previous preset tare value appears on the display. Enter the new value using the numeric
keys. Press the
<ENTER>
key to save or press the
<ESC>
key to escape.
5. After saving the entry the next memory code seen. Follow from step 3 to enter more PT values
into other codes.
6. Press the
<ESC>
key to return to normal operation.
Record the indicated value to the preset tare memory
1. Empty the scale and press the
<ZERO>
key until th
>0<
symbol is seen on the display.
2. Place the empty container on the scale.
3. Press the
<MEM>
key for more than 2 seconds during basic weighing. The
[ MEMORY ]
message will show on the display.
4. Press the
<PT>
key to enter memory settings. The last entered preset tare code is seen as,
e.g.
[ PT : 111 ]
.
5. Use the numerical keys to enter the tare code you want to use to store this new PT value, or
press the
<UP>
or
<DOWN>
keys to navigate through memory locations. Press the
<ENTER>
key to access the PT value stored at the location seen on the display.
6. The previous preset tare value appears on the display. Press the
<PT>
key to save the
indicated weight into the PT memory.
7. Press the
<ENTER>
key to confirm.
8. Press the
<ESC>
key to return to normal operation.
Taring from the preset tare memory
1. Press the
<PT>
key for more than 2 seconds and then the
<MEM>
key in sequence during
basic weighing to enter PT memory.
