<ZERO>
Zero key:
This key adjusts the scale zero when in Gross mode, if there is any
residual weight or drift. Zeroing should be performed when the platform or scale is
empty.

Programmable Function Key:
This key can be programmed to a special
function for quick operation, such as Average Piece Weight for piece counting.
Memory Key:

function of the key is memory transactions. Press for more than
2 seconds to enter memory functions, or press this key to load any item from
memory (ID, PT, set-point, etc..
During configuration this key provides fast access to storage.

Tare Clear Key:
Press to clear the tare setting and return to Gross weighing.
Set-Point key:

function of the key, press for more than 2 seconds to enter
set-points.
During configuration this key provides fast access to setup.

Alphanumeric Key:
For entry of numbers and letters.
<DEL>
Delete Key:
Delete last entered character. Press for more than 2 seconds to clear
all data in the entry field.

Decimal point Key:
Use for decimal point or period (full stop) entry.
Change Sign Key:
Press to change the set-point value to negative during set-
point entry.
Key Lock:

function is to lock/unlock the keypad.

Infrared Keys:
These 2 keys can be programmed to provide touch free operation
of some functions, ideal in food processing, clean or hygienic areas.
5.1.1.1 Key Locking
The PT610, PT620 and PT630 have the ability to lock the keys to avoid accidental activation. The
key(s) which would be locked are programmed with parameter
[34-]
You can change the condition (locked or unlocked) by a long press of the
<ENTER>
key. The prompt
[PASSWORD]
appears, press the
<LOCK>
key and the lock annunciator appears or clears on the
display to indicate the locked condition.

An explanation of the annunciators seen on the LCD display is below.

Main Display:
22 mm height big weighing display, 6 digit with sign.

Auxillary Display:
16 digit 8 mm height alphanumeric information display

Hi-Res Separator:
High resolution digit separator.

Net weight:
This sign indicates that the weight value is the net weight.

Gross weight:
This sign indicates the displayed weight value is the gross weight.

Bar Graph:
The display conveniently has a bar display for easy reference.

Multi-range:
This annunciator indicates the status when the scale is configured multi-
range or multi-interval .

Weighing Units:
g, oz, kg, t, lb units are located on the right of the display.

Multi-range:
Announces the activated inputs and outputs.
