Service:
Announces the instrument requires repair or service.

Second Scale:
Indicates the scale(s) currently in operation.

Second Scale:
Announces the weight value on the display is the sum of both scales.

Centre of zero:
This sign appears if the weight is within the center of the zero band.

Motion:
This sign appears if the load on the scale is not stable. The weight value of
the object should be read if the scale is stable. Taring, zeroing, printing and
accumulation are not available when the scale is unstable.

Preset Tare:
This indicates the scale has been tared with a preset manually entered
value.

Counting:
Announces the weighing indicator is in piece counting mode.

Key Lock:
Announces the keypad lock is active.
5.1.3 Bar Graph
The bar graph on the right of the display rises in relation to the weight.
This provides a very convenient quick reference for use of the scale capacity and the available range
and are seen on the bar graph with steps of 5%.
The example to the left shows 70% of the capacity is used and 30% is available.
Warning:
The bar graph always shows scale Gross load, even if the scale weight is
displaying in Net.
5.2 BASIC WEIGHING
To turn the indicator on press the power button, to turn off press and hold for 2 seconds or more.
After the power is energised the indicator activates the display within few seconds then the indicator
firmware name and version are displayed before display testing. After the start up cycle, the weight
value is displayed. An
[E E E]
or
[POWER ON ZERO ERR]
prompt at power on indicates the zeroing
range at power on has been exceeded or the scale was not unloaded at power on. Possibly the
indicator parameters have also not been configured. The scale should be unloaded before power on (7
TROUBLE SHOOTING).
1. Turn the indicator on
2. Zero the empty scale
3. Place the object you want to weigh on the scale. The correct weight of the object is shown on
the display after the
[~]
symbol has gone out.
4. Read the weight result and press
<PRINT>
if printing or alibi memory have been set up
Note:
If the loading is out of the indication range the prompts below are displayed as purple backlight.
The weight is too low to be displayed
The weight is too high to be displayed
