5.3.6.1 Horizontal Totalling
To accumulate sequential weighings. Using the functions automatic
tare** ( par. 232 ) and automatic clear tare** ( par. 233 ) is suggested
where applicable to reduce the possibility of weighing errors. Refer to
parameter** 324.
1. Press the
<ZERO>
key to zero the empty scale before loading.
2. Load the container on to the scale.
3. Press
<TARE>
key for weighing material in net mode. If automatic
taring is activated and if minimum tare weight [518] is lower than the
container weight on the scale, the scale will be tared automatically.
4. Add the material into the container.
5. Press the
<M+>
key to add to the total and unload the container.
6. Load the next container on to the scale.
7. Repeat from item 3 to weigh following materials.
8. Press the
<MRC>
key to display the total value.
[C 5 MR: 5.003 KG]
9. Press the
<ENTER>
key for printout of the totalisation ticket or press
the
<ESC>
key to resume totalling from item 3.
Delete the total
1. Press the
<MRC>
key to display the total value.
[C 5 MR: 5.003 KG]
2. Press the
<MRC>
key a second time when the total is displaying.
3. Press the
<ENTER>
key and a
[ Delete ? ]
prompt is seen.
4. Press the
<ENTER>
key to delete total and item weights, or press the
<ESC>
key to exit without deleting the total.
Taring a container by entering a preset tare value can be used during
totalling. An example printout is shown to the right.
