T1 10ms or more Keep the ON status for 10ms or more.
T2 0ms or more Keep the input until the SET OK is turned to ON.
T3 2 to 510ms One-shot output. Set the output time on the environment setting screen. There is a
margin for the setting value.
T4 ― • When laser pumping is completed
Period for creating marking data. It varies depending on the quantity of data to be
marked.
• When laser pumping is not completed
Period for creating marking data or period until the laser pumping is completed. The
longer one of the two above is employed.
T5 0.5ms or more After a lapse of 0.5ms or more from specifying SELECT 0 IN to SELECT 2 IN and D0 IN
to D7 IN, turn on SET IN.
*1 : To reset the counter, set SELECT 0 to 2 as follows.
