Operating program in DHW mode
Operating program Description
Eco Heat generation is not reduced.
The temperature is regulated to
the selected target DHW tem-
perature.
Heat is generated via the electric
auxiliary heater. This can result
in higher running costs.
This setting remains active for 7
days. The setting is then reset.
To continue to use this operating
program, you must confirm the
information about emergency
mode again.
Emergency mode The target DHW temperature is
regulated to the frost protection
temperature.

Comfort Heat generation is not reduced.

21.5.2 System failure
In the case of certain faults, neither the heat pump nor the
electric auxiliary heater can ensure safe operation. No heat
is generated.

22. Data connection to cloud
The device is connected to the OCHSNER Cloud via the
internet. You can deactivate this connection. Contact your
service partner for this.
Note
Controller software updates and remote heat pump
maintenance are performed via the OCHSNER
Cloud. Optimal adjustment of the heat pump sys-
tem can only be guaranteed with an activated data
connection.
If the OCHSNER Cloud is deactivated, the OCHS-
NER app can no longer be used. Operation is
performed exclusively via the heat pump user in-
terface.
