Frost protection
Parameters
Description
Unit
Target flow
temperature
frost protection
If the temperature in the heat sink system
falls below this value, the heat pump
switches to frost protection mode. Frost
protection mode runs until the flow
temperature is 2K higher than the tem-
perature set here.
°C
Target room
temperature
frost protection
If the room temperature falls below this
value, the heat pump switches to frost
protection mode. Frost protection mode
runs until the room temperature is 1K
higher than the temperature set here.
If no valid room temperature is available,
this value is simulated by the controller.

Parameters
Description
Unit
Flow temper-
ature offset
heating circuit
An offset for the actual temperature in
the heating circuit flow can be set here.
In this way, permanent measuring errors
can be compensated for by the sensor.
K
Room temper-
ature offset
An offset for the actual room temperature
can be set here. In this way, permanent
measuring errors can be compensated
for by the sensor.
K
Relative hu-
midity offset
An offset for the actual relative humidity
can be set here. In this way, permanent
measuring errors can be compensated
for by the sensor.
%
Material damage
Using the following parameters may lead to an in-
correct dew point calculation:
-
Room temperature offset
-
Relative humidity offset
The resulting dew formation may cause damage
in the system.
Making settings
»
Open the menu.
»
Select the heating circuit for which you want to make
a change.
»
Select “Settings”.
»
Make the required settings.
»
Return to the main screen.
27.2.3 Heating curve
In addition to the standard settings for the heating curve,
other settings are also possible in expert mode.
Parameters
Description
Unit
Switch-ON
differential
heating limit
A switch-ON differential for the “Heating
limit” can be set here.
The outdoor temperature must fall below
the “Heating limit” by the value set here to
enable heating mode.

A switch-ON differential for the “Cooling
limit” can be set here.
The outdoor temperature must rise above
the “Cooling limit” by the value set here to
enable cooling mode.
