31. Cascade
If multiple heat pumps are used in one heating system,
the entire heating system is controlled via one of the heat
pumps. All other heat pumps in the system are also con-
trolled via this master heat pump.
The master heat pump and the controlled heat pumps are
set during commissioning by OCHSNER customer service
or by a customer service partner authorised by OCHSNER.
31.1 Visualisation on user interface
In the case of the master heat pump, visualisation on the
user interface is the same as for an individual system. In
the case of the controlled heat pumps, visualisation on the
user interface is limited. Only the following information is
displayed:
► Operating status of the overall system
► Operating status of the controlled heat pump
► Operating status of the auxiliary heater
► Status of the controlled heat pump
The main menu with the controlled heat pumps contains
the following submenus:
► Heat pump (full functionality)
► Auxiliary heater (limited functionality)
► Heat management (limited functionality)
► Status (full functionality)
► System information (full functionality)
