Setting the operating program and target value
»
Open the menu.
»
Select the heating circuit for which you want to make
a change.
»
Select “Operating program”.
»
Make the required settings.

27.2.2 Settings in expert mode
In addition to the standard settings, other settings are also
possible in expert mode.

Parameters
Description
Unit
Maximum flow
temperature
The maximum flow temperature is limited
here. If this value is exceeded, the heat-
ing circuit switches off. Different settings
are recommended for different heating
systems.
°C
Underfloor heating
45
Radiator heating
65
The value set here must be within the
heat pump‘s limits of use. Radiator heat-
ing is not possible with every heat pump.
Parameters
Description
Unit
Building inertia The building inertia is a time constant
that indicates the level of attenuation with
which the room temperature reacts to
changes in the outdoor temperature.
This time constant is used to calculate
the “Average outdoor temperature”.
The “average outdoor temperature” is
relevant for the heating and cooling limits,
for example.
h
Empirical values:
20-30 h Heavy structure
10-15 h Medium structure
3-6 h Light structure
Room temperature heating/cooling limits
If a valid room temperature is available, additional heat-
ing and cooling limits are defined using the current room
temperature, and take precedence over the limits of the
heating and cooling curve.
Using heating mode as an example, this means:
OFF - Room too
warm
The “Outdoor temperature heating limit” is
not exceeded, but the actual room tempera-
ture is too high. Heating is not enabled.
ON - Room too cold The “Outdoor temperature heating limit” is
exceeded, but the actual room temperature is
too low. Heating is enabled.
Heating enabled
The “Outdoor temperature heating limit” de-
fines the operating mode of the controller.

period
For the room temperature heating lim-
its, it is useful to configure an average
room temperature to counteract potential
short-term fluctuations in the room tem-
perature.
Attenuation of the room temperature can
be set for the room temperature heating
limits using the time constant set here.

the target room temperature by the value
set here, heating is enabled.
