1 You can enter your name here.
2 The model of the heat pump is described here (see
also the name plate). This information is required for
telephone queries.
3 The serial number of the heat pump system is dis-
played here.
4 You can find the contact details of your service part -
ner in this menu. Please contact your service partner
in the case of faults or problems.
5 The commissioning date is displayed here. This is
entered by OCHSNER Customer Service during
commissioning.
6 You can set the required time zone in this menu.
7 The current software version of the basic software
used to program the OTS controller is displayed here.
8 The current software version of the OTS controller is
displayed here.
9 The current software version of the OTS app is dis-
played here.
24.1 Date and time
If your system is not connected to the internet, you have the
option to set the date and time manually. When the system
is then connected to the internet, these manual settings
will be overwritten automatically.

26.1 OTS controller
The software for the OTS controller will be updated auto-
matically as long as there is a stable internet connection.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection to
the heat pump.
