Rectify the source of the fault.

Press the reset button on the rear of the appliance to
reset the high limit safety cut-out. The reset button
can be reached by hand from the left-hand side.

8. Shutdown
You do not need to switch off your heat pump system in
the summer.
Material damage
If the power supply to your heat pump system is
switched off, frost protection of the system cannot
be guaranteed.

You should not switch off the power supply
to your heat pump, even outside the heating
period.
Should you nevertheless wish to deactivate your heat
pump system, switch it off using the user interface or the
app. This way, safety functions such as frost protection
remain active.
Material damage
If the power supply to the heat pump system is
interrupted and there is a risk of frost, drain the
system on the water side.
