Status
20. Status
For each heat consumer (heating circuits, DHW circuits)
and each heat generator (heat pump, electric immersion
heater, boiler, etc.), the current operating status can be
called up in the respective operating data.
All status messages are shown together in the status dis-
play. In addition to the status messages for heat consumers
and heat generators, an additional status is available here.
Description
System operating
status
The status of the entire heating system is dis-
played here.
Off The heating system is switched off.
Heating The heating system is in heating mode.
DHW The heating system is in DHW mode.
Cooling The heating system is in cooling mode.
Defrost The heating system is in defrosting mode.

21. Rectifying faults
Note
Faults may only be rectified by a qualified con -
tractor. Standard settings for the controller are set
by OCHSNER Customer Service as part of the
commissioning process. The system user and their
service partner are responsible for any further cor-
rections and program settings.
21.1 Fault messages
► In the event of a fault, the associated fault messages
are displayed on the user interface and in the app.

Open the menu.

Select “Alarms”.
Note
If the high limit safety cut-out is triggered, this will
not be displayed with a fault message on the user
interface or in the app.
