OTS systems and user administration

Open the homepage.

Log in using the login data created during registration.
23.1 Registration
If you have not yet registered via the OTS app, you can
also do this via the online platform.

Select “Register”.

Complete the registration form.

Enter the “Activation key” from the service book
supplied.
After successful registration, you will receive a confirma -
tion email.

Confirm registration.

Log in using the login data created during registration.
23.2 System overview
The homepage has an overview of all your systems.

On the system overview, under the relevant system,
select “Edit” to change the system name.
23.2.1 User administration
Note
Administrator rights are required for carrying out
changes in user administration.
Removing users and assigning rights

On the system overview, under the relevant system,
select “Users” to display an overview of all users reg-
istered on this system.
Here, you can remove users and assign administration
rights.
Adding users

On the system overview, under the relevant system,
select “Invite” to add a new user.
23.3 Changing user data

Select “Menu”.

Select “Account”.

Select “User data”.

Change the user data.
23.3.1 Fault detection and notification
A notification can be set up for the event of a system lock -
out. This notifies you by email in the case of a system
lockout.

Activate the “Fault detection and notification”.
