Silent mode
Note
If the operating program of the heat pump is set to
“OFF” when there is a heat demand, the next active
heat generator will be used. This is normally the
electric auxiliary heater. This can result in exces-
sive running costs.

Switch off the heat pump only in an emergen -
cy.

Switch off the heating and DHW circuits via
the respective operating program.

Make the required settings.

29.2 Operating data
In this submenu, you can view the individual data of the
heat pump. The values in this menu cannot be changed.

Heat pump oper-

The status of the heat pump is displayed
here.

Off The heat pump is switched off.
Heating The heat pump is in heating mode.
Cooling The heat pump is in cooling mode.
DHW The heat pump is in DHW mode.
Defrost The heat pump is in defrosting mode.
Electricity tar-
iff shutdown
An electricity tariff shutdown of the heat
pump has taken place.
Manual heat-
ing
The heat pump is in the following oper-
ating program: “Manual heating”
This operating program can only be set
by OCHSNER Customer Service and
should only be used for testing purpos-
es.
Manual cool-
ing
The heat pump is in the following oper-
ating program: “Manual cooling”
This operating program can only be set
by OCHSNER Customer Service and
should only be used for testing purpos-
es.
Outdoor
temperature
shutdown
The heat demand is blocked by the out-
door temperature.
Operat-
ing mode
changeover
The heat pump switches from one oper-
ating mode to another.
Starting pro-
cedure
Operation of the heat pump starts.
Description Unit
Standby There is no heating, cooling or DHW
demand.
Shutdown
procedure
Operation of the heat pump ends.
Fault There is a fault.

lecting the following operating program:
“Off”
Minimum sys-
tem pressure
The system pressure fell below the
permissible minimum. If the system
pressure is too low, the operability may
be impaired and the heat exchanger
may be damaged in cooling mode. Con-
trol the system pressure and top up the
heating water if required.
