Function menu (received mail list screen)
● While the received mail list screen is displayed, press [Left]
to display the function menu.
Function menu (sent mail list screen)
● While the sent mail list screen is displayed, press [Left] to
display the function menu.

Move Moves the highlighted mail to another folder.
Select the destination folder
Delete Deletes the highlighted mail.
Delete
selected Deletes multiple mails.
Select a checkbox of a mail you want to delete
J [Left] J "Delete" J "YES"
Delete all Deletes all the received mails.
Enter your security code J "YES"
Protect ON/
OFF
Protects or unprotects the highlighted mail.
Sort Sorts mail according to the specified criteria.
By subject ↑ Sorts by ascending order of the
subject.
By subject ↓ Sorts by descending order of
the subject.
By address↑ Sorts by ascending order of the
address of the sender.
By address↓ Sorts by descending order of
the address of the sender.
Chronological↓ Sorts in chronological order.
Chronological↑ Sorts in reverse chronological
order.
Filter Displays mail according to the specified criteria.
Display all Display all the mail.
Unread Displays only unread mail.
Read Displays only read mail.
Protected Displays only protected mail.
Not protected Displays only the unprotected
mail.
Pasted Displays only mail with a pasted
data.
