FOMA card (UIM) functional differences

There  are  2  versions  in  the  FOMA  card  (UIM).  Please  note  that
there  are  the  following  functional  differences  when  you  use
different FOMA cards (UIM) on the FOMA terminal.

Inserting/Removing the 
Battery Pack

● Be sure to turn the FOMA terminal off before inserting/removing

the battery pack.

● It is recommended to hold the FOMA terminal in your hand when

inserting/removing the battery pack.

WORLD WING

WORLD WING is the FOMA international roaming service that allows
you to use the same mobile phone number in overseas countries to
make and receive calls by inserting the "FOMA card (green)" into the
compatible FOMA terminal or overseas mobile phone (W-CDMA or GSM).
You do not need to subscribe to the WORLD WING to use the service.
※: If you subscribed to the FOMA service before August 31, 2005 but

have not subscribed to the WORLD WING, you need to subscribe to
the WORLD WING to use the service.

※: This service cannot be used with some billing plans.

back cover and align it to the groove on the FOMA
