● To confirm COM port on
Windows 98/Me

(Settings) → " コントロールパネル "
(Control Panel)
2 Open "モデム" (Modem) from Con

trol Panel
If the "モデム" (Modem) icon does not appear
in Control Panel, click " すべてのコントロール
パネルのオプションを表示する"
(Display all Control Panel options).

Confirm that "FOMA N600i" has
been set and click the "検出結果 "
(Diagnostics) tab
4 Confirm the COM port, which is
set up for "FOMA N600i", and
click "OK"
The COM port confirmed here will be used
in the access point (APN) set up (p.20).
The contents and the COM port number
displayed on the Properties screen depend
on your PC.

from Control Panel

If the "所在地情報" (Address infor -
mation screen) appears, enter
" 市外局番 " (Area Code) and click
"OK"
4 Click the "モデム" (Modem) tab to
confirm the COM port described
in the " 接 続 先 " (Access point)
column of "FOMA N600i", and
then click "OK"
The COM port confirmed here will be used in
the access point (APN) set up (p.20).
