52 - Hopper System

Hopper Lifting Hydraulic Cylinder (continues)

8 Remove the cover (I), then unscrew the nut below and remove the corresponding upper nut on the

hydraulic cylinder (J)

9 Working through the slot (K), unscrew the screw (L) and remove the lower pin (M) of the hydraulic

cylinder (J)

10 Remove the hydraulic cylinder (M)

Installation

11 Assemble the components in the reverse order of removal, and note the following:

◦ After the installation of the hydraulic cylinder (either the same or a new one), fill the tank with

hydraulic fluid up to the Max level, then perform some movements with the hopper (the hydraulic

system is self-bleeding); then, check the hydraulic fluid level (see

procedure

in relevant paragraph)
