can be used to automatically enable and disable easycall telephone diversion of
the premises telephone every time the panel is armed and Disarmed.

normally, you would want to disable easycall diversion after opening, ie., the
client is now at home.

the digits #21# will be dialled after the panel has sent the opening report (if
enabled).

Program the telephone number to divert to.
